The subject of the order is to carry out work related to the summer and winter maintenance of the cleanliness of roadways and pavements of streets in the territory of Brzeg, in particular:
1) mechanical or manual cleaning of the roadway,
2) mechanical or manual cleansing of pavements together with communication connections to the roadway,
3) post-imal cleansing,
4) emptying and washing the street baskets owned by the Municipality of Brzeg,
5) maintenance of public transport stops,
6) intervention work,
7) the setting from 28 October to 3 November of the container KP-7 at the bus loop on Starobrzeska Street and its emptying and additional cleaning on 02-03 November of the surface of Starobrzeska Street occupied for trade,
8) Cleaning up the Market after trading in Christmas goods is over before Christmas, no later than 24:00 on December 23.

5) maintenance of public transport stops,
6) intervention work,
7) the setting from 28 October to 3 November of the container KP-7 at the bus loop on Starobrzeska Street and its emptying and additional cleaning on 02-03 November of the surface of Starobrzeska Street occupied for trade,
8) Cleaning up the Market after the end of trading in Christmas goods before Christmas, no later than 2400 on December 23.
Detailed rules and technologies for summer and winter maintenance of the cleanliness of the roadways and sidewalks of the municipal roads and the frequency of cleansing shall be determined, as an integral part of the agreement, Annex 1- “Rules and technologies for summer and winter maintenance of the cleanliness of the roadways and sidewalks of the municipal roads”.
The list of areas where work will be carried out in relation to the summer and winter maintenance of the cleanliness of the roadways and pavements of the municipal roads is set out in Annexes 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 forming an integral part of the contract.
