The purpose of this consultation is to award a single-beneficiary framework agreement with no minimum or maximum in value or quantity. The latter is allotted in sixteen lots. It will be concluded for an initial period of twelve months from July 29, 2021 or from its notification date if the latter is later. Notification of this framework agreement is expected in July 2021. The first orders should take place in August 2021. This framework agreement may be renewed for successive periods of one year for a maximum renewal period of three years. The contracts concluded at the end of this procedure will not be exclusive. The commune of Issoire will also purchase foodstuffs using other devices mentioned in the documents in the companies' consultation documents.
