Framework Agreement for the Homologation of various companies for the procurement of diagnostic equipment for imaging and nuclear medicine to the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona.

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to establish the general conditions under which the award of contracts based on the realization of the corresponding supplies of diagnostic equipment for imaging and nuclear medicine to the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona HCB must be adjusted, and the selection of companies that will become part of the Framework Agreement as approved to it, which may participate in the bidding of contracts based in accordance with article 219 and following of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts.
