The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier who can contribute in fulfilling parts of the contract obligations. The contracting authority has undertaken to perform operations and maintenance contracts for maintenance of lighting systems in Sør-Rogaland.

The lighting installations that the framework agreement includes apply to both conventional light sources and LEC light sources

This will be outdoor lighting systems on government roads, footpaths and bicycle tracks/roads, bicycle paths, parking places, squares, pedestrian streets, quays/boat-harbours, church yards, school yards, nursery schools, sports facilities, facades and park areas, etc. (‘Lighting System’)

In addition, the framework agreement allows for hiring in of the tenderers personnel (project manager and construction manager).
