The offer includes a Framework Agreement Complex, which consists of 6 Sub-Agreements on forging and industrial engineering services, where assignments can be requested on an ongoing basis.
The framework agreement complex consists of a number of Sub-Agreements, which are defined based on the Contractor's needs and requirements for services in forging and industrial engineering services. Each Sub-contract thus has an associated Requirement Specification, which contains the requirements that the Supplier must comply with.
- Subsection 1: Certificate welding (boiler),
- Subsection 2: Services on coal mills, coal feeders, coal pipes and renovation of wear parts,
- Sub-agreement 3: Manufacture of spare parts,
- Sub-agreement 4: Various forging services, including assembly work, ordinary forging work and Rigger work,
- Sub-agreement 5: Various industrial technician services for industrial technicians or equivalent training,
- Sub-agreement 6: Miscellaneous plumbing and forging works, preferably in buildings.
The contracting entity holds an information meeting and instruction on completing the ESPD. See section VI.3) for date and registration.
The contractor needs certificate welding work on the boiler according to DKF2002 or the updated version in force at any time. The scope of work is defined as: Access economiser, boiler panel walls, all pipes within these, boiler collectors, internal boiler connection pipes, up to departure collectors. Certificate welders with a certificate for welding high alloy steel with rear gas will be required.
The client intends to enter into framework agreements with one supplier.
The contracting entity needs forging services in connection with renovation, inspection and maintenance of, inter alia:
- Coal feeders and coal pipes must be fed to the coal mill area,
- Assist internal / external supervisor on renovations and breakdowns,
- Welding of Hard Faceplates,
- Reading technical drawings,
- Rental assembly,
- Coal firing,
- Adjustment of large plant components based on technical drawings,
- Erection of clutches on plate / belt / distributor wheels,
- Adjustment of plate / belt strips in carbon feeds,
- Welding of harddox / hardface / stainless steel wear surfaces,
- Must be able to work based on technical checklists,
- Must have knowledge of hydraulic systems,
- Must have plant engineering understanding of coal mills and coal feeders,
- Centering of milling gear.
The client intends to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier.
The contractor needs workshop deliveries in connection with, inter alia:
- Measurement and preparation of technical drawings,
- CNC turning,
- Manual turning,
- CNC machining center,
- Manual milling,
- Nuts,
- Manual drilling,
- Rolling and bending of sheets and profiles,
- Plasma and flame cutting,
- Water cutting,
- Laser cutting,
- Welding.
The client intends to enter into a framework agreement with 2 suppliers.
The client needs services in connection with, inter alia:
- Channel stiffening,
- sheet metal assembly / disassembly,
- Non-certificate demanding welding,
- Carbide welding (Hardox, etc.),
- Galleries, handrails and bucks with associated technical calculation,
- Plate work by funnels,
- Carburetor renovations,
- Assist internal / external supervisor on renovations and breakdowns,
- Div. work in our own workshop, where the Supplier must be able to cut, roll and bend metals,
- Perform renovation tasks in own workshop.
Welding types: oxygen and gas, CO2, Tig Me and MAG, Alu, grouting, etc.
The client intends to enter into a framework agreement with 2 suppliers.
The contracting entity needs industrial technician services or the like in connection with, inter alia:
- Soot blower renovation,
- Assist internal / external supervisor on renovations and breakdowns,
- Renovation of valves, however, not high pressure valves and safety valves,
- Renovation of dampers, Renovation of pumps, however, not high pressure pump,
- Ad-hoc cutting tasks (manual lathe and cutter) in own or contractor's workshop (at Nordjyllandsverket) of the contractor's choice, in connection with ongoing renovations,
- Perform renovation tasks in own workshop.
The client intends to enter into a framework agreement with 2 suppliers
The contracting entity needs services related to
- Plumbing and sheet metal assembly / disassembly,
- Pipe components assembly / disassembly,
- Certificate requiring welding
- Non-certificate demanding welding,
- Galleries, handrails and bucks with associated technical calculation,
- Sheet work on various components,
- Div. work in their own workshop, where the Supplier must be able to weld, cut, roll and bend metals
- Perform renovation tasks in your own workshop,
- Performing tasks on installations in operation.
Welding types: Oxygen and gas, CO2, TIG, MIG and MAG, aluminum and stainless steel, grouting, etc.
The client intends to enter into a framework agreement with two suppliers.
