The purpose of this contract is to entrust the CONTRACTOR with the carrying out of asbestos detection and diagnostics on behalf of the FOYER REMOIS.

The contract will be carried out into two types of services:

1) Services by issuing purchase orders.

The OWNER undertakes to carry out:

- Asbestos diagnostics before routine maintenance work in the common areas.

- Asbestos diagnostics before routine maintenance work in the private areas.

- Asbestos diagnostics before rehabilitation work.

- Asbestos diagnostics in the private sector.

- Asbestos Technical diagnostics.

- Asbestos diagnostics before demolition.

- Asbestos diagnostics State of conservation.

- The updating of the DTAs following the completion of the diagnosis.

- Asbestos diagnosis after work / Visual examination of treated surfaces after work.

- Dust measurements.

2) Carrying out all the Asbestos Diagnostics on behalf of the Organization on the entire Private Part, the list of which appears in the appendix of the CCTP.
