The subject of the contract is the planning, preparation and implementation of training for the Polish industry in terms of performing works for civil nuclear energy, the main purpose of which is to increase the competence of the Polish industry in the area of quality, business and technical requirements specific in the civil nuclear energy sector for the fullest possible inclusion in the implementation of PPEJ and in global supply chains.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for its implementation are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which forms the model contract together with the Annexes.

The contracting authority provides for the award of the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law up to 50% of the value of the basic contract. The subject of the above-mentioned contract will be the following services: 1. Development of a detailed concept of training. 2. Preparation and implementation of trainings. 3. Promotion of the implemented project – these trainings – on industry forums. The contract will be a repetition of similar services specified in the requirements for the basic contract and will be awarded under the conditions specified in the contract for the basic contract.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procurement procedure, pursuant to Article 257 point 1 of the Act, if the funds it intends to allocate to finance the contract are not granted to it.

The contracting authority shall apply the procedure set out in Article 139(1) of the PPL.
