The purpose of this contract is to set up a support service, under the authority of the ARS IDF, to accompany the coordination support systems in the operational implementation of the convergence foreseen by the law of organization and transformation of the health system. The objective is the establishment of a single support system at any age any pathology by coordination territory at the end of the regional health project (2022) on the 22 coordination territories identified by health professionals. The ARS IDF wishes to be able to mobilize and make available to the territories, resources of support-advice by the contracting of subsequent markets. A subsequent contract may relate to:

- module 1 / regional support for services of type 1 or 2,

- module 2 / support to a coordinating territory for type 1 or 2 services.
