The subject of the order is summer and winter maintenance of the road lane and maintenance and maintenance of greenery in the road belt within the city of Bytom between the date of conclusion of the contract until 30 April 2025 — Task 2 (District 2) i.e. Centre, Downtown North and West
The subject of the contract shall include the following services: summer cleaning and cleaning of road lanes including national roads, including interchanges, roads and provincial, county, municipal and internal streets, road facilities and pedestrian and/or bicycle hauls, squares urban, toll parking areas, parking lots, walkways (including terrain stairs, bus and tram transport stops), roadsides and emptying of street baskets; winter maintenance and clearing of road lanes including national roads along with nodes, roads and provincial streets, district, municipal and internal, road facilities, car parks and their postimal cleansing. The subject also includes snow removal, winter slipperiness removal and clearing from sidewalks (including off-road stairs), pedestrian and/or bicycle hauls, city squares, paid parking areas, bus and tram communication stops, and emptying street baskets; maintenance and maintenance of green spaces in the road belt. The complex of tasks covered by the contract constitutes the fulfillment of the obligations associated with the maintenance of cleanliness and order on the road lanes of public and internal roads within the administrative limits of the city of Bytom, imposed on the Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 5 (4) of the Act of 13 September 1996 with the receipt of cleanliness and order in municipalities (OJ 2021, item 888), the provisions of the Law of 21 March 1985 on Public Roads (OJ 2020 item 470 as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on the types and conditions of application of the measures which can be used on public roads and streets and squares (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 230, item 1960). The subject matter of the contract and the method of its implementation shall be determined by a detailed description of the object of the contract, together with the annexes constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ, and the model of the contract constituting Annex 9. The lists of sites for maintenance shall be set out in Annex 1 to the Detailed Description of the Object of the Order. The Contractor should, based on the indicated scope and his own experience, make a valuation of the works recognising all costs of their performance, in particular the cost of work of equipment, the purchase of materials, the costs of labor of persons carrying out the service. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of work (incorporation or exclusion of maintenance areas) and the amount of work (modification and/or times), inter alia, in the case of sale, lease, use, swap, derogation or change of the manager, commencement or completion of construction works, transfer in maintenance to another entity or other entity than the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the timetable of the work and to clear the individual sites. The quantities and times of each work are indicative (estimates) calculated on the basis of previous experience of the Ordering Party and are intended only to calculate the offer price. The actual quantities and times of work performed may vary from the amount assumed (estimated) depending on the prevailing weather conditions during the period of performance of the contract, the Contractor's remuneration will constitute the product of the work actually performed and the unit prices stated in the offer Contractors, up to the total offer price indicated in the offer form. The Contracting Authority informs that the tasks for removing the safety hazard may be all works listed in the offer forms, and in particular “work on indication” affecting pedestrian/road safety. The Contracting Authority does not require specific powers and qualifications related to the removal of safety hazards except for those necessary for the performance of the work listed in the offer forms, and in particular 'work for indication'. affecting the safety of pedestrian/ road.
