The object of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste (including: receiving, loading, transport, transfer to the site of disposal and recovery of waste, together with payment of fees at the place of transfer of waste) from the territory of the municipality of Trzcianka from the owners of the inhabited property and mixed, i.e. properties constituting inhabited and non-inhabited property (i.e. real estate in which economic activity is carried out), in a way that ensures adequate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste are achieved. A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 3 to SWZ (OPZ).

The subject of the contract is the collection and / or collection and management of the entire amount of all types of municipal waste, subject to points j) and (k), collected by the owners of inhabited and mixed real estate, i.e. non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected in a selective manner, which includes:

(a) paper,

(b) metal, plastics, multi-material packaging waste

c) glass,

(d) biowaste,

e) expired medicines,

(f) chemicals and packaging,

g) waste batteries and accumulators,

h) waste electrical and electronic equipment,

(i) furniture and other bulky waste,

(j) construction and demolition waste, in a limited quantity of 200 kg per household in each calendar year

k) used tires, in a limited amount of 8 pcs. per household in each calendar year

(l) waste ineligible as medical waste arising in households as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,

(m) waste textiles and clothing,

(n) other hazardous wastes arising on holdings not mentioned above
