The subject of the contract is to grant the Kazimierza Wielka Commune a long-term bank loan up to PLN 13,263,620.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Kazimierza Wielka Commune in 2023 in the amount of PLN 11,341,700.00 and to repay previously taken loans in the amount of PLN 1,921,920.00.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the specification in the description of the subject of the contract requirements referred to in Article 95 (1) of the Law of Public Procurement Act due to the fact that in the execution of the object of the contract there are no activities specified in the Work Code Act, which is referred to by the provision in question.

4. The contracting authority does not provide for the submission of partial tenders.

The subject of the contract is not divisible, it must be performed by one contractor. Dividing the contract would result in excessive costs for performing the contract.
