maintenance in operational condition of H145-D3 helicopters of the Directorate General of Civil Protection and Crisis Management

the purpose of the
draft framework agreement is the MCO of DGSCTC's H145-D3 helicopters, their mission equipment and certain means of support.

The fleet to be supported consists of:

-4 helicopters H145-D3,

-Mission equipment, including:

*Search lighthouse system,

*winch assembly,

*External load load system (commonly called Sling) type dual cargo hook

*Emergency buoyancy system,

*snow skate (skis)

*anti-sinking plate (bear paws)

2 additional aircraft, their mission equipment and associated support assets could be included in the fleet to be supported during the duration of the framework agreement.

This draft framework agreement is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Ccp.

Pursuant to Articles R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the SPC, this is a framework agreement for subsequent contracts.

Pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the CCP, the framework agreement may present significant technical hazards, it may include a share of supplies and services that could not be precisely defined in the initial public contract.
