1. The subject of the contract is: "Provision of services related to the development of green areas as part of replacement plantings in Bródnowski Park in the Targówek District m.st Warsaw".
Order description:
1) preparing the area for planting vegetation,
2) securing the existing greenery,
3) planting perennials and shrubs in containers,
4) planting bushes with a bare root,
5) mulching with bark, making lawns,
6) fence of flower beds – wooden posts connected with a rope,
7) care of plantings.

The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the contract and in Annex 2 to the SWZ – list of services, in Annex 3 to the SWZ – conditions for the performance of the contract and quality standards for the performance of works, in the Annex in Annex 4 to the SWZ – list of plants and minimum quality parameters, in Annexes No. 5 – location and area of plantings – graphic design of all planned plantings, Appendix 5a - location and area of plantings - graphic design with a detailed indication of the areas covered by this order (marked with numbers 1, 2 and 3) and in Annex 6 to the SWZ - description to the graphic design.
3. The Contracting Authority requires employment on the basis of an employment relationship, in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended), referred to in Article 95 paragraph 1 of the Act, by the Contractor or Subcontractor persons performing the activities indicated in Annex 2 to the SWZ, excluding management and administrative employees.
All issues related to the method of verification of employment referred to above, as well as the rights of the Contracting Authority to control compliance by the Contractor with the above-mentioned requirements and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements, are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
