The subject of the contract is the design, delivery of new elements, construction, commissioning and commissioning (in the "turnkey" formula) of the dry dedusting and desulphurization installation using calcium sorbent, water boilers WR-5 No. 2 and 3 at PGNiG TERMIKA Energetyka Przemysłowa S.A. Zakład Żory Oddział Czerwionka-Leszczyny. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract will be specified by the Contracting Authority in the Terms of Contract Specification (SWZ), which will be forwarded to the Contractors admitted to participate in this procedure together with the invitation to submit tenders.

The subject of the contract is the design, delivery of new elements, construction, commissioning and commissioning (in the "turnkey" formula) of the dry dedusting and desulphurization installation using calcium sorbent, water boilers WR-5 No. 2 and 3 at PGNiG TERMIKA Energetyka Przemysłowa S.A. Zakład Żory Oddział Czerwionka-Leszczyny. The dedusting and desulphurisation installation shall ensure that emissions are met:

• The permissible maximum values of concentrations of dust pollutants to be achieved by the installation under construction may not exceed 45 mg/m3u (under contractual conditions, i.e. dry flue gases at a temperature of 273.15 K and a pressure of 101.3kPa, after conversion to the oxygen content in the flue gas 6%).

• Maximum permissible concentration of sulphur dioxide below 1100mg/m3 under contractual conditions calculated as 6% oxygen, assuming that the sulphur content of the fuel in working condition does not exceed 0.8%.
