This consultation concerns the choice of the service provider in charge of leachate treatment via the operation of the wastewater treatment plant on site of the Non-Hazardous Waste Storage Facility (ISDND) of the Syndicat Center Hérault (SCH) located in Soumont . The annual leachate volume to be treated is estimated at 11,000 m 3 (average over the period 2009-2019). However, this estimate is likely to change depending on the operating phases of the site and the annual rainfall. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
