The scope of this call for tender consists of the design, manufacturing, testing, transportation and installation of two oil-immersed series reactors 110 kV, 50 Mvar.

This call for tender shall consist of the following stages:

• selection phase (submission of tenderer's application);

• selection evaluation phase (submission of tenderer's documentary evidence);

• award phase (submission of tenderer's initial bid);

• negotiation meetings; BAFO phase (submission of tenderer's Best And Final Offer).
