The purpose of this public European tender is to conclude a framework agreement with a single contractor. This involves the purchase of Chromebooks by The Contracting Authority including maintenance and service for four years from the contractor.

The Contracting Authority has no purchasing obligation and/or no minimum purchasing obligation when concluding this framework agreement. If, under this framework agreement, no suitable offer for the relevant demand can be supplied by the contracted party, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to place the relevant tender with another market party.
