The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of diesel oil ON in the amount of 500,000 l for vessels such as "Kontroler-20", "Kontroler-22", "Kontroler-23", "Kontroler-24", "Konstelacja", "Hydrograf-17", "Belona" of the Maritime Office in Gdynia on the terms set out in the draft contract.

During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes to the given units.
ON diesel oil must meet the requirements set out in the current and applicable ON standards PN-EN 590 and meet the quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 09.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 727).
Place of delivery by tanker truck at the quays: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Elbląg, Władysławowo, Ustka, Łeba, Rowy.
Successive deliveries will take place on the basis of partial orders, according to the rules set out in the attached draft contract agreed each time by telephone confirmed by fax or e-mail. The Ordering Party will indicate the amount of fuel ordered as well as the required delivery date. The delivery will take place no longer than 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the Contractor to the place designated by the Ordering Party.
The given size of the contract (500 000 l) is an estimate, which during the performance of the contract may change in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party and in this respect the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party.
Fuel deliveries will be made within 36 months or until the amount of remuneration specified in the offer form is exhausted. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of extending the period of 36 months if the value of the purchased goods does not exceed the value specified in the offer form.
One-time estimated delivery volume 1000 – 4000 l.
Transactions will be made in the form of a non-cash transaction.
