DSS would like to enter into a contract with a service provider who shall prepare public documents, letters, publications etc. for dispatch. The contract mainly consists of addressing, packing, putting into envelopes and preparing for distribution. The assignments will consist of both permanent subscription dispatches and occasional individual assignments.
