Description:
Secular Purchasing Group. Electricity supply from 1 November to 31 December 2020.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of electricity in the period from November 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020 to 1,300 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) of 18,922,63 MWh, of which :

1) For premises and facilities (Part 1 of the contract) - 12 324,50 MWh - a detailed PPE list is attached as Appendix 1a to the Terms of Reference.

2) For the needs of road lighting (Part 2 of the contract) - 6 598.13 MWh - a detailed list of PPE constitutes Annex 1b to the ToR.

The above-indicated forecasted energy consumption is indicative and may differ from the actual energy consumed during the contract period. Decreasing or increasing the amount of energy consumed does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (recipients), except for the need to pay for the actually collected energy according to the rates specified in the concluded Agreement.


Supply of electricity to premises and facilities

1. Number of measuring systems accounting for the consumed electricity 651 items

2. Detailed description of the points of collection (PPE) ordering has been included in Appendix No. 1a to the Terms of Reference.

3.Consumption of electricity consumption during the contract period (+/- 10%) 12 324,50 MWh, of which

In 2019 - 1 761.13 MWh

In 2020 - 10,563.37 MWh

4. The current contracts for the supply of electricity will expire or will be terminated with effect on the day preceding the planned date of commencement of delivery (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate contracts lies with the Ordering Party (recipients).

5. The following settlement periods C2x, Bx - 1 month are usually used, other tariff groups 2 months.

6. The measuring systems with tariff group B are adapted to the seller switching procedure.

7. Quality standards: The subject of the order is the delivery of electricity with specified quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations. The quality standards for electricity are described in the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system. The principles of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in trading in electricity are set out in the Ordinance of the Minister of Energy of June 6, 2019.

8. CPV code under which the object of the contract has been classified:

09300000-2 - Electricity, heat, solar and nuclear energy,

09310000-5 - Electricity.

9. The Contractor, on the basis of the Power of Attorney granted, will be obliged to submit on their own behalf and ordering (recipients) contracts for the sale of electricity to the relevant DSO in accordance with applicable regulations.
