Energinet Business Services A/S offers the framework agreement as a purchasing centre on behalf of Energinet Eltransmission A/S and subsequent orders for the framework agreement will be awarded by Energinet Eltransmission A/S. When establishing this framework agreement, the contracting entity wishes to acquire contracting services in connection with excavation in the event of faults at Energinet's facilities. The contractor must primarily excavate in case of faults on high-voltage cables. In addition to digging up in case of faults on high-voltage cables, there may also be a need for excavation at other types of faults at Energinet's facilities (e.g. drainage damage, errors in fibre optic cables, etc.). Energinet offers a framework agreement on excavation in case of cable faults at Energinet's facilities in Jutland and funen.

When establishing this framework agreement, Energinet wishes to have the opportunity to acquire construction services in connection with excavation in the event of cable failure.

These include planned tasks as well as tasks that arise from ad hoc needs. The framework agreement requires that the contractor can provide crews within six hours at the site of the fault. The tasks primarily concern excavation in case of faults on high-voltage cables. In addition to digging in case of faults on high-voltage cables, there may also be a need for digging for other types of errors (e.g. drainage damage, errors in fibre optic cables, etc.).

In addition to excavation in case of cable failure, tasks will be included that include restoring excavation, ensuring correct barriers and signage, contacting authorities, etc.

The estimated value of the framework agreement is estimated at DKK 25,000,000. There is an extension access, which is described in more detail in the framework agreement (doc. no. 22/05234-5), so the partial agreement can be extended by up to 50%.

The tasks primarily concern excavation in case of faults on high-voltage cables, troubleshooting of oil cables, as well as freezing of oil cables using dry ice. In addition to digging in case of faults on high-voltage cables, there may also be a need for digging for other types of errors (e.g. drainage damage, errors in fibre optic cables, etc.).

In addition to excavation in case of cable failure, tasks will include restoring excavation, ensuring proper barriers and signage, contacting authorities, etc.

The estimated value of the framework agreement is estimated at DKK 80,000,000. There is an extension access, which is described in more detail in the framework agreement (doc. no. 22/05234-5), so the partial agreement can be extended by up to 50%.
