Rheinbahn AG is planning to build 2 new bus parking halls (bus carpots) with a car wash, cleaning pit, loading technology and associated technical rooms with a gross volume (BRI) of approx. 42,000 m³ at the Heerdt depot, Kevelaerer Str. 1, 40549 Düsseldorf, during ongoing operations. The subject of the contract to be awarded is the technical lot T1.1 - TGA Electrical Installation.

The tendered contract essentially comprises the following services:

- electrical installations

- distributions

- Access and riser lines

- EDP/telephone installations as well as communications engineering

- Lighting fixtures and accessories

- emergency lighting

- fire protection measures

- Protective measures, equipotential bonding

The following parts of the service are excluded:

- Transformer systems

- Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen

- low voltage switchgear

- Charging technology

- Photovoltaic system (PV)

- lightning protection

- fire alarm system
