The district of Stormarn intends to demolish the existing administration building, including an underground car park, and build a new building with an underground car park at its location at Mewesstraße 22-24 in Bad Oldesloe.

The approx. 1644 sqm building plot is located in the city center. It is accessed to the south by Mewesstraße and to the west by Brunnenstraße. It is a vacant lot, which is bordered on the side by a two-storey residential building, on one side and by several single-storey buildings in the second series.

In the future, traffic access and access to the underground car park will only take place via Brunnenstraße. There is only walking distance via Mewesstraße.

The tendered service includes service phases 1-9 for planning services of architects in building construction on the basis of HOAI 2021 for the demolition and new construction of a climate-neutral administrative building, as well as special services. A step-by-step commissioning is planned. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all service phases.

The construction costs (KG 300 + KG 400) amount to approx. € 8,300,000 net
