Building cleaning services (maintenance and basic cleaning) for various properties of the city of Bergisch Gladbach:

Maintenance cleaning

Maintenance cleaning must be carried out in accordance with the specifications of the relevant bills of quantities. After the contract has been awarded by the contractor, these must be adapted to the individual objects, according to the calculation and room book. The cleaning procedures and methods listed are also part of the bills of quantities.

The effective cleaning frequency of the floor surfaces can be seen from the calculation file. In the bill of quantities, a distinction is made between:

- Vollreinigung

In the case of the so-called full cleaning, all work listed in the course is carried out in the specified rhythm (daily to 1x annually).

- Sichtreinigung

Visual cleaning is sometimes carried out on the cleaning-free days. Visual cleaning is intended to ensure a positive look on the days when there is no full cleaning. These complete cleanings are not additionally remunerated and are part of the specifications and must be carried out 1x to 12x annually, depending on the specifications there. During the 1x annual basic cleaning of the floor surfaces, the thorough cleaning (complete cleaning) of the furniture and various furnishings must also be carried out in these areas.

The contractor (contractor) shall draw up an overview or cleaning plan for these activities, which clearly shows when which services will be provided over the entire year.

In exceptional cases, basic cleaning work can also be carried out on other school-free days in consultation with the city of Bergisch Gladbach. The respective prices for this are to be calculated separately for each object in the calculation sheet.
