Audit and advice in the field of sustainable catering

The Committee of the Regions, hereinafter referred to as "the contracting authority", aims to award a public contract with a view to entering into a framework contract for audit and advisory services in order to ensure the proper performance of sustainable collective catering services in progress, in accordance with the technical specifications of contract no. DR/DL/35/2019 ‘Service concession and provision of related services for sustainable collective catering in the buildings of the European Economic and Social Committee and the European Committee of Regions in Brussels’, as well as all the standards applicable in the field of catering.

1) carrying out of verification and control operations of the technical specifications of contract no. DR/DL/35/2019 ‘Service concession and provision of related services for sustainable collective catering in the buildings of the European Economic and Social Committee and the European Committee of Regions in Brussels’;

2) advice and assistance in connection with sustainable collective catering.
