1.The subject of the contract is "Service of comprehensive organization of a foreign trip to Ísafjörður in Iceland as part of the project "Silesia. For professionals" ("Silesia. 4 Professionals")"
2. The subject of the contract is divided into the following tasks:
Task No. 1 – covering air transport for the representatives of the Contracting Authority participating in the trip;
Task No. 2 – including hotel services for the Ordering Party's representatives participating in the trip.
3. The description of the subject of the contract (abbreviated: OPZ) is attached as Appendix No. 3 to SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to the proposed provisions of the contract.
4. The draft provisions of the agreement on the above public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, are included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
