Dublin City University (‘DCU’) is looking to appoint an experienced and competent Hard FM provider who can predominately self-deliver services and has the experience of managing and operating a technically demanding contract operated under an output specification, and managed by robust performance mechanisms.
Dublin City University (‘DCU’) is looking to appoint an experienced and competent Hard FM provider who can predominately self-deliver services and has the experience of managing and operating a technically demanding contract operated under an output specification, and managed by robust performance mechanisms. As a minimum, DCU is looking for contractors who have a proven track record of operating similar large technically demanding FM contracts.
The Scope of Services may include, but will not be limited to:-
— Building Maintenance services;
— Helpdesk/CAFM operation and management;
— Building mechanical and Electrical System Maintenance;
— Statutory Testing and Inspections;
— Reactive Maintenance;
— Fabric Maintenance; and
— Works projects.
DCU is currently undergoing a multi campus estate strategy review which will require the successful contractor to have a flexible approach to supporting all facilities management services provided at DCU, which may result in changes to the FM Services required and / or changes to the properties where services are required.
