The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated in the city of Garwolin on residential properties, as well as the organization and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point, hereinafter referred to as 'PSZOK', in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of waste mass biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage.
