The contest is for hook-life vehicles for delivery in 2023 and waste collection vehicles with and without a crane for delivery in 2024 and 2025.

The value of the procurement is estimated to NOK 20 million excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

Group 1: 2 hook-life vehicles for delivery in 2023. Group 2: 1 waste collection vehicle with a crane for buried systems and 1 waste collection vehicle for delivery in 2024. Group 3: 2 waste collection vehicles for delivery in 2024 and 2025.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract duration is from and including 2023-06-30 until the delivery has taken place.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer in each group.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
