The contract concerns the service of search / reduction of leaks in the water networks of the Managers of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region and of some municipalities of Eastern Veneto, according to the conditions established by the Special Tender Specifications to which reference should be made.

The service includes the carrying out of research campaigns - reduction of losses (from 1 to 3 campaigns depending on the Manager), to be implemented at homogeneous time intervals over the consecutive natural days provided for the duration of the service from the date of the delivery report to the last date of completion of the service corresponding to 30.09.2025.

Main service - Leak detection service (requirements indicated in the tender specifications)

Secondary service - Specialist technical services (requirements indicated in the tender specifications)

The contract concerns the service of search / reduction of leaks in the water networks of the Managers of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region and of some municipalities of Eastern Veneto, according to the conditions established by the Special Tender Specifications to which reference should be made.

The service includes the carrying out of research campaigns - reduction of losses (from 1 to 3 campaigns depending on the Manager), to be implemented at homogeneous time intervals over the consecutive natural days provided for the duration of the service from the date of the delivery report to the final date of completion of the service corresponding to 30.09.2025, as per the tender timetable, with the following macro activities:

1. search for "hidden" leaks with a "classic" or "systematic" system on a part of the water network, of a certain extension, which each Operator will indicate;

2. research/reduction of "hidden" leaks with "methodology/technology proposed by the objective contractor" on the water network of the requesting Operator's area, according to the tender schedule and must guarantee to achieve a certain objective in terms of "percentage of water recovery on the flow rate for "hidden" leaks at the end of the single research campaign;

3. search for "hidden" leaks with "methodology/technology proposed by the objective contractor" on the water network of the district of each Operator that will be indicated, to be implemented according to the tender schedule of each Operator and must guarantee to achieve, for each leak search campaign, a certain objective in terms of "number of "hidden" leaks identified on the length of the investigated water network";

4. specialized technical services to support the research / reduction of "hidden" leaks with "methodology/technology proposed by the contractor with the objective in terms of "percentage of water recovery on the flow rate for "hidden" leaks.
