The subject of the order is delivery in the form of an operational lease with the option of redemption of a single-vane wheel loader. The loader must be factory new, mass-produced, year of production not older than 2021, engine manufactured by the machine manufacturer or by a parent, subsidiary or related to the machine manufacturer, reinforced tyres of type L5 adapted to work in recycling waste halls and squares with a mostly concrete area. The charger must have a factory warranty granted for a minimum period of 5 years, counting from the date of delivery of the object of the order or a minimum of 9000 hours.

2) Detailed description of the equipment supplied, warranty conditions and other requirements are set out in Annex 5 “Description of the subject of the order”.
3) Type of lease: operating on a tax basis, depreciation allowances is made by the contractor (the financer in the lease agreement).
4) The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out free maintenance training of operators at the premises of the contracting operator within the deadlines agreed at the stage of implementation of the contract,
5) The order does not cover the insurance of the subject of the contract, which will be insured by the contracting authority during the entire duration of the lease contract.
