SPK wants to enter into a Framework Agreement with a consultant negotiator to ensure SPK has good and efficient access to consultants with competence and experience in IT, project and process management, consultancy services etc. The duration of the contract is 2 years with an option for 1 year + 1 year.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a Framework Agreement with a consultant negotiator to ensure that SPK has good and efficient access to consultants with competence and experience in IT, project and process management, consultancy services etc. Based on SPK's requirement specification, the consultant negotiator must find the best qualified consultants available in the market and offer these to SPK.

SPK wants a service provider who can offer consultancy services in the following competence areas:

— system development, further development and management,

— BI development,

— project and process management,

— user quality and service design,

— consultancy services,

— operation and infrastructure IT security.
