This task referred to as "Equipment for bus stops in North Jutland" mainly includes the production and delivery of equipment in a coherent design line for the establishment and/or upgrading of stops in North Jutland within the categories: 1) windscreens, 2) stands, 3) seating and standing benches, 4) bicycle parking, 5) waste baskets. The equipment is used in connection with the implementation of Future Public Transport, which includes the construction and upgrading of bus stops in the years 2024, 2025 and 2026. In addition, the municipalities of North Jutland and NT are expected to use the framework agreement on an ongoing basis in connection with maintenance and upgrading of bus stops throughout the term of the framework agreement. The supplier must carry out final design and development of the equipment on the basis of the established design manual and work instructions. The framework agreement does not provide for assembly and construction works.

The design line has been developed by Nordjyllands Trafikselskab in collaboration with the municipalities of North Jutland and C.F. Møller as designer.
The equipment is used in connection with the implementation of Future Public Transport, which includes the construction and upgrading of bus stops in the years 2024, 2025 and 2026. In addition, the municipalities of North Jutland and Nordjyllands Trafikselskab are expected to use the framework agreement on an ongoing basis in connection with maintenance and upgrading of bus stops throughout the term of the framework agreement.
The supplier must carry out final design and development of the equipment on the basis of the established design manual and work instructions. The equipment must be delivered ready for assembly including all associated parts necessary for the equipment's simple assembly and completion to full working order. The work therefore also includes the design and delivery of pre-cast concrete foundations/casting parts, as an integral part of the equipment's construction, so that the subsequent construction task carried out under municipal auspices can be carried out in the simplest possible way.
The framework agreement covers bus stop equipment in the following categories:
- Windscreens in different variants and dimensions.
-Stands
- Seating and standing benches – freely set up or integrated into a windscreen.
- Bicycle parking in several variants
- Affaldskurve
The framework agreement does not provide for assembly and construction works.
The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure in accordance with the Utilities Directive. If applications are received from more than three candidates, the contracting entity will select the three candidates who document the best and most relevant experience on the basis of references and CVs, cf. point 5.3 of the tender specifications. The three selected candidates will be invited to submit tenders and the contracting entity reserves the right to award the framework agreement on the basis of the initial tenders. If the award is not made on the basis of the initial tenders, the contracting entity expects up to 2 rounds of negotiations to be held before the submission of final tenders, as set out in the specifications.
