The subject of the contract includes the provision of all-day nutrition services in the form of catering for patients of the Health Care Complex in Pińczów. Detailed requirements for the implementation of the subject of the contract: The Contractor prepares (cooks) meals for the patients of the Health Care Facility in Pińczów in its own kitchen, delivers them on its own to the Health Care Facility in Pińczów, and then collects the containers in which the food is delivered from the Contracting Authority – all this in accordance with the applicable regulations on nutrition of persons staying in health care facilities. Providing the Hospital with meals at the right time and "by means of transport that meets sanitary standards". The order will be executed continuously (7 days a week), including work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Detailed requirements for the implementation of the subject of the contract: The Contractor prepares (cooks) meals for the patients of the Health Care Facility in Pińczów in its own kitchen, delivers them on its own to the Health Care Facility in Pińczów, and then collects the containers in which the food is delivered from the Contracting Authority – all this in accordance with the applicable regulations on nutrition of persons staying in health care facilities. Providing the Hospital with meals at the right time and "by means of transport that meets sanitary standards". The order will be executed continuously (7 days a week), including work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The contractor of the patient feeding service will receive a free loan of a room on the low ground floor of building "D" with an area of approx. 121 m2: D 26 parking lot for dirty trucks, D25 for washing dishes, D 28 for drying carts, D 27 for washing trolleys, D 30 for the vestibule, D 31 for refrigerated post-consumer waste, D 29 for the engine room (after the reconstruction of building D), part of room D 28 for the stop of clean forklifts (after the reconstruction of building D). The contractor must adapt the premises on its own and obtain appropriate administrative decisions necessary to provide the catering service to patients. Currently, the Pińczów District is conducting a public procurement procedure for the "Reconstruction of building D of the district hospital in Pińczów for the establishment of a neurological rehabilitation ward". As part of the above-mentioned task, the following scope of works is planned in the rooms intended for catering:

-restoration of the existing condition in the catering premises in the case of necessary activities related to the implementation of installation works covered by the contract,

-delivery and installation of external doors pcs.2 (90+120); delivery and installation of internal doors,

-construction works described in the documentation of the reconstruction of mechanical ventilation.

During the works related to the implementation of the task "Reconstruction of the building of the district hospital in Pińczów for the establishment of a neurological rehabilitation ward", there may be difficulties in using the catering rooms. During this period, the contractor may use the ward kitchens located on the first and third floor of the "A" building of the Hospital to a greater extent. The expected completion date of the above-mentioned task is 210 days from the date of signing the contract. The attached design of the reconstruction of the catering rooms is only illustrative and the adaptation of the rooms according to it is not obligatory for the Contractor. After the completion of the task "Reconstruction of the building of the district hospital in Pińczów for the establishment of a neurological rehabilitation ward", the consumption of utilities (water, electricity) in the catering rooms will be measured. Before metering, the Contractor is obliged to pay for the utilities used in the following form

An algorithm (formula) according to which, according to the Contracting Authority's expectations, the Contractor should calculate the net and gross value of the entire service and enter it into the offer form:

Net daily food rate x 173.29 meals x 1096 days + 8 % VAT,

The Contracting Authority's employees will collect meals for patients from the premises indicated in Chapter IV, Section 2, delivered by the Contractor in appropriate containers and will take care of their portioning and distribution of meals to patients. The containers in which the Contractor will deliver meals will be returned to the Contractor the next time the meals are delivered. The containers with meals delivered by the Contractor to the indicated rooms in the ZOZ in Pińczów must contain information about the number of portions contained in them, the ward for which they are intended, the diet used in accordance with the order and the time when the food was placed in the container. The Contractor is obliged to collect from the Ordering Party leftovers from meals that have not been consumed by patients and to dispose of them in accordance with the applicable law. Waste bins will be provided by the Contractor.
