An Independent Safety Auditor (ISA) is required to undertake audits and other assessment activities to provide assurance that safety activities comply with planned arrangements, are implemented effectively and are suitable to achieve objectives; and whether related outputs are correct, valid and fit for purpose. The ISA should be competent in safety audit skills in the air domain, including knowledge of relevant MOD safety policy and legislation. The company is required to be ISO 9001 accredited (certified by UKAS).
