The aim of this interinstitutional contract is to supply flags, table flags, vehicle flags and various accessories for the following institutions:

— Council of the European Union,

— European Commission in Brussels (OIB),

— European Commission in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (OIL),

— Court of Justice of the European Union in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg,

— European Parliament in Brussels,

— European External Action Service in Brussels.

The flags to be supplied are those of the EU (blue background with 12 stars) and its Member States, as well as those of other countries and international organisations.

Non-exhaustive compliance with sizes, colours and official emblems is essential.

The contract is divided into 4 separate lots.

Supply of high-quality indoor flags: flags measuring 100 cm x 150 cm, in silk, artificial silk or equivalent. They must be lined and made of a fabric weighing at least 180 g/m2.

Supply of indoor and outdoor flags and accessories: flags of various sizes in woven polyester, made of a fabric weighing at least 115 g/m2 (except for a 105-g/m2 flag), together with flagpoles and bases in various materials and spreaders/triangles.

Supply of table flags and accessories: flags measuring approximately 15 cm x 20 cm, in polyester satin or equivalent, with flagpoles and bases.

Supply of vehicle flags: flags measuring approximately 20 cm x 27 cm and 30 cm x 45 cm, in polyester satin or equivalent, to be placed on a vehicle flagpole.
