Oulun Energia has started the construction of a new power plant that produces electricity, district heat and industrial process steam. The investment includes a 215 MW biofuel power plant located in the Laanila industrial park area. The subject of this acquisition is HVAC work for the bio-power plant. The contract will be executed as a total price contract.

The contract includes planned procurement and installation work as follows:

- Rainwater drainage in buildings

- Turbine floor drains, ventilation, water coolers and heat exchangers

- Electricity, automation and control building water pipes, drainage, heating, cooling, ventilation and tile heating

- Drainage, heating and tile heating of ash silos

- Water treatment heat exchanger and heating pipes

- Heating and ventilation of the sewage pumping station

- Building system automation is controlled from the power plant's DCS system.

All field equipment is included in this contract.

- Other plumbing work according to the contract documents.
