Procurement of framework agreement on waste containers of recycled plastic

The framework agreement concerns the purchase of plastic waste containers. The agreement is divided into 4 subagreements comprising the following: DA1. Two-wheeled containers with one and two chambers; DA2. Four-wheeled mini containers; DA3. Container with two-to-four chamber and with three- to four wheels and; DA4. Environmental boxes. Each part agreement is expected to be awarded to 3 vendors in order of precedence (cascade). The new waste containers/collection materials are to be used primarily for collecting household waste in the following factions: residual waste, food waste, paper, plastic/food cartons, metal, glass and cardboard from private households and municipal institutions. Environmental boxes must be used for hazardous waste. All containers are specified as a main product in its various variants (e.g., a standard 2-wheel container, which must also be available in variants with butterfly lids and lid-in-lid. In addition, purchases and spare parts are specified for each part agreement.

Both mandatory and voluntary product variants are required.

DA1 relates to: Two-wheeled containers of 140, 180/190, 240 and 360/370 litres.

Note that both mandatory and voluntary product variants are required, i.e. some products must be offered, whereas others may be offered.

Partial Agreement 2: Four-wheeled containers

The framework agreement concerns the purchase of plastic waste containers. The agreement is divided into 4 subagreements comprising the following: DA1. Two-wheeled containers with one and two chambers; DA2. Four-wheeled mini containers; DA3. Container with two-to-four chamber and with three- to four wheels and; DA4. Environmental boxes. Each part agreement is expected to be awarded to 3 vendors in order of precedence (cascade).

DA2 relates to: four-wheeled mini-containers ranging from 400 to 1100 litres.

Note that both mandatory and voluntary product variants are required, i.e. some products must be offered, whereas others may be offered.

Partial agreement 3: Three-wheeled containers with division into 2 to four-chamber

The framework agreement concerns the purchase of plastic waste containers. The agreement is divided into 4 subagreements comprising the following: DA1. Two-wheeled containers with one and two chambers; DA2. Four-wheeled mini containers; DA3. Container with two-to-four chamber and with three- to four wheels and; DA4. Environmental boxes. Each part agreement is expected to be awarded to 3 vendors in order of precedence (cascade).

DA3 relates: Containers with two - four wheels and two to four-chambers.

Subagreement 4: Environmental Boxes

The framework agreement concerns the purchase of plastic waste containers. The agreement is divided into 4 subagreements comprising the following: DA1. Two-wheeled containers with one and two chambers; DA2. Four-wheeled mini containers; DA3. Container with two-to-four chamber and with three- to four wheels and; DA4. Environmental boxes. Each part agreement is expected to be awarded to 3 vendors in order of precedence (cascade).
