The purpose of this consultation is a project management mission for the rehabilitation of buildings K and L of the La Grappinière residence located at K1 at 6 rue Georges Geoffray and L1 at 6 rue Pierre Ducognon in Vaulx-en-Velin, according to a BIM process and with the provision of digital data for asset management.

The call for applications is open to any team with the following skills:

- Architectural competence (representative),

- Fluid / Thermal (RE) bets,

-Bet structure,

- construction economics,

- Site scheduling, management and coordination (OPC)

-Asbestos Bet

-Bim Manager.

A contract with a revisable global and fixed price will be awarded to a single company or a group. (see Article 2.6 of the RC)
