The existing housing of the field service in Bolsward, Heeg and Sneek will be merged at one location. Completely new facilities and accommodation must be realized here, such as offices, canteen, warehouses, workshops, garage, work and vehicle sheds and storage.

In addition to creating a new functional (headquartered) field service, AD has high ambitions in the field of sustainability, including in the form of a healthy working environment, energy positive, circularity through the use of biobased materials and limiting the environmental impact of the building.

AD wants to make optimal use of the knowledge from the market. That is why it was decided to enter into a construction team agreement for the DO and TO phase including pricing in preparation for the realization. After an agreement on the drafted TO including budget, the realization agreement is entered into. In this phase follows the elaboration of the TO into UO and then the realization of the work.
