The Service includes ALL RISKS insurance coverage; INJURIES; RCT/O – RCT/O O.V.U.D.; PATRIMONIAL LIABILITY; MEDICAL EXPENSES FOR NON-EU COUNTRIES; KASKO; ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE; RCA REGISTER BOOK.

The object of this lot is the Insurance of all assets, whether owned, leased, managed, bailmented, precarious loaned, safekeeping, deposited, possessed, or in use or in possession, or for which the Policyholder has an insurable interest also by virtue of commitments undertaken towards third parties, or on which he has for any other reason an interest susceptible to economic evaluation and anything else inherent in the performance of the activities of the Policyholder and the Insured, except only as expressly excluded. The following lot concerns insurance coverage for accidents suffered by Insured Persons on the occasion of participation in the activities of the University of Perugia or in the performance of the tasks declared by the Contracting Authority itself.

The guarantee of this policy is operative for the risks of civil liability deriving to the Insured in his capacity as operator of the University of Perugia for the performance of all activities or competences, institutional or not, ordinary and extraordinary, devolved to him, assumed or conferred on him, including those of an ancillary, preliminary, consequent, complementary, accessory, solidarity, recreational, voluntary, and anything else provided for by the Articles of Association and the various Regulations, exercised by the Insured Party by law, regulations, rules, resolutions and/or other administrative acts, including the measures issued by its own bodies, assigned, permitted and delegated to the Contracting Entity, in any case and wherever carried out by any means deemed useful or necessary, even as a result of any future amendments and/or additions.

The object of the lot is the insurance for civil and professional liability, deriving to the Insured for financial losses involuntarily caused to third parties as a result of negligent acts or omissions committed by one or more Directors/Employees for which the Contracting Entity/Insured must be liable in accordance with the law in the exercise of the activity declared in the policy.

The Insurance includes the civil liability arising to the Insured as a result of acts or omissions committed by one or more Directors/Employees, for which or with which the Insured must be liable, in the face of the bringing of an action brought by the injured third parties if, according to the rules and principles in force of the legal system, the liability of the Insured itself exists.

This lot concerns the costs related to medical expenses documented by the Insured and incurred by the same due to an Accident occurred or an illness occurred during an Insured trip outside Italy to a non-EU country, following hospitalization or in any case in connection with the treatment received at a health facility/medical practice.

The purpose of the lot is to provide insurance coverage for material and direct damage suffered by insured vehicles, used during missions or for service purposes, limited to the time necessary for the execution of missions or services of the service itself, during circulation, parking and/or shelter of the same.

The object of this lot is the insurance coverage for the Remediation Interventions and for the Expenses for the Restoration of the Environmental Damage

The purpose of this lot is to cover insurance against the risks of civil liability by way of compensation for damage involuntarily caused to third parties by the use of the vehicles described in the tender documents.
