SERVICE CONCERNING THE COLLECTION, TRANSPORT, RECOVERY AND DELIVERY TO DEDICATED PLANTS OF URBAN WASTE AND WASTE ASSIMILATED TO URBAN WASTE, IN SEPARATE AND UNDIFFERENTIATED FORM.

The contract consists of services concerning the separate collection, with door-to-door mode from domestic and commercial users, of materials with specific valorization such as paper, cardboard, plastic, aluminum and glass, as per the project drawn up in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, in particular art. 41 paragraph 12 of Legislative Decree 36/2023 - according to the rules established by the C.S.A. and in the other tender documents and based on the principles provided for by the current legislation on the subject
