The public procurement contract is a framework agreement that sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement is concluded with a minimum and a maximum expressed in quantity within the meaning of Article R2162-4, 1 ° of the Public Order Code. The contractual quantities for the entire duration of the public contract are indicated in Annex No. 01 to the CCTP: Catalogue of requirements. The public contract is single-awarded. The public contract is treated at unit prices fixed in the unit price schedule (BPU) of the lot concerned
