1. The Contracting Authority entrusts and the Contractor shall accept to perform the service of cleaning of waste and the execution of cleanup work carried out by means provided by the Contractor on the premises of the establishments/installations managed by the Contracting Authority. The detailed scope of the work shall be defined by the instructions for the performance of the service, constituting Annex No 1 to the contract, which is an integral part of it. This Annex shall also specify the position risks arising from the performance of the service.
