This consultation concerns the carrying out of diagnostic tasks, regulatory checks and technical assistance in the identification and monitoring of MPCA for the various AP-HM establishments and members of the Groupement hospitalier territoire (GHT 13).

The benefits of the Framework Agreement for existing and future heritage buildings are:

— META and MOLP sampling and analysis;

— asbestos technical records;

— asbestos diagnosis before work or demolition;

— asbestos dust measurement;

— monitoring of the execution of work on MPCA;

— characterization of bituminous asphalt before work;

- lead diagnosis;

— diagnosis termites.

this framework agreement, with no minimum or maximum order, consists of two geographical lots and will result in the issuance of purchase orders according to the occurrence of the need. Annual non-contractual estimated quantities are specified in the Estimated Quantitative Details (EQs) for each lot.

Four sites concerned: Hospital Nord, CH Aix-Pertuis, CHS Montperrin, CH Salon and DNA Housing: arrondissements 16, 15, 14 and 13th of Marseille (see list of establishments concerned in Annex 1 of the CCAP).

Five sites concerned: La Timone Hospital, La Conception Hospital, Sainte-Marguerite Hospital, Salvator Hospital, CHS Valvert and DNA Housing: districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12th of Marseille) (see list of institutions concerned in Appendix 1 of the CCAP).
