The subject of the contract is the service of creating and running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Municipality of the City of Radom and the management of collected municipal waste. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in swz.

A. The subject of the contract is the service of creating and running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Municipality of the City of Radom and municipal waste management.

I. Characteristics of the task

1. Establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Municipality of radom.

2. Acceptance to PSZOK of selectively collected municipal waste from residential properties located in the Municipality of the City of Radom, covered by the fee for municipal waste management.

3. Management of municipal waste delivered to PSZOK through their transfer by the Contractor or transfer through another waste collector to a waste recovery or disposal facility, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste treatment methods referred to in the Waste Act;

4. PSZOK will accept n/w waste:

1) paper;

2) glass;

3) metals;

4) plastics;

5) multi-aerial packaging;

6) biowaste;

7) ash and slag from household hearths;

8) furniture and other large-sized waste;

9) hazardous waste;

10) expired drugs and chemicals;

11) wastes arising in households as a result of intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, ineligible for medical waste. ;

12) waste batteries and accumulators;

13) waste electrical and electronic equipment;

14) used bicycle, moped, trolley, motorcycle and vehicle tires with a maximum permissible weight of up to 3.5 tons, which are not used for business activity;

15) construction and demolition waste.

5. The Contracting Authority plans to sign a contract to carry out the task for a period of 12 months.

Other information:

1) The Contracting Authority requires the insertion of a defect of: 30 000,00 PLN (in words: thirty thousand zlotys 00/100),

2) The Contracting Authority will require the contractor, whose offer will be chosen as the most advantageous, to provide security for the proper performance of the contract, in accordance with Article 449 of the Pzp Act. The amount of the collateral for sound performance of the contract shall be fixed at 5% of the gross price of the offer representing the maximum nominal value of the liability.

Detailed requirements for the deposit and the security for the proper performance of the contract are set out in Chapters XIII (security) and XV (security) of the SWZ.

3) The Contracting Authority does not provide for the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) and (8) of the Law Pzp.

4) The proceedings are conducted in Polish in electronic form via the Open Nexus purchasing platform at the following address: https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/679071. Information on the means of electronic communication by which the Ordering Party will communicate with the Contractors, as well as information on technical and organizational requirements for preparing, sending and receiving electronic correspondence are specified in Chapter XVI of the SWZ.

5) The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment contract of persons performing the activities specified in point 3 of Chapter XXVII of the SWZ.
