1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of mixed and segregated municipal waste from inhabited properties, properties with summer houses and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes from the area of the Konopnica municipality in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 and equipping them with waste containers and bags, as agreed with the Ordering Party.

2. As a result of the signed contract, the Contractor will provide a service in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited properties and real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes in the Konopnica municipality for the price specified in the contract. The service also includes: delivery of containers or bags for mixed municipal waste and separately collected waste to all recipients declared and indicated by the Ordering Party; equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point owned by the Municipality of Konopnica with containers/containers and collecting waste from this point and operating a mobile collection system for bulky waste from households located in the Municipality of Konopnica in accordance with the schedule, once a year in the months of May 2024 and 2025 covered by this order. The collection does not include waste generated in the course of business activity. Throughout the term of the contract, the Contractor will perform the collection and management of waste:

A. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste – 20 03 01;

B. Segregated municipal waste broken down into the following fractions:

(a) metals and plastics—dry raw materials including plastic packaging, multi-aerial packaging, metals —15 01 06;

(b) glass including glass packing waste —15 01 07;

(c) paper, including cardboard, packaging waste of paper and cardboard - 15 01 01 01;

(d) biodegradable waste including biowaste, kitchen waste —20 02 01,20 01 08;

C. Municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, depending on the needs, upon notification.
