The Framework Agreement is expected to enter into force on 13 June 2022 and has a term of 2 years, with an option for extension 2 times 1 year. However, the agreements may be terminated at any time by the Contracting Registrar with a notice of 3 months.

The economic framework for the agreement is expected to amount to an average of DKK 1,200,000 excluding VAT.
