Levanger municipality shall prequalify the groups for a price and design contest with interaction. Levanger municipality plans to construct 40 institution places, as well as a day centre for persons with dementia at Staup. In addition 20 sheltered accommodation flats are being planned as a second construction stage in the project.

A lot of focus will be put on the use of welfare technology in the project.

The selection will be made on the basis of the 4-6 best qualified in relation to competence.

Participation in the actual competition (4-6) will be remunerated with NOK 300 000 per group. The amount is exempt for VAT.
