Cyclical Decorations, Maintenance and Repairs to Georgian and Victorian Properties

This tender is for Cyclical Decorations, maintenance and repairs to Georgian and Victorian Properties via a cyclical decorations programme that covers at least 80 pre-defined sites. The properties are to be maintained by repairing and redecorating the external fabric (walls and roofs) and in addition redecoration of the internal communal areas of the properties. Programme delivery will be via a pre-agreed schedule of rates.
